Model WHS Legislation (Managing the Risk of Hazardous Chemicals in the Workplace Code of Practice)

The current regulatory framework for the control of workplace hazardous substances and dangerous goods has been reviewed by Safework Australia. The new framework utilises the Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) as the basis for hazard classification and hazard communication elements on labels and material safety data sheets (MSDS).

Haztek have developed chemical management programs to assist organisations in meeting the requirements of the new legislation.
